Our Story

 

 

Born within earshot of the two-step at Gruene Hall, Pendejo Outdoors started like most good ideas do – over cold Miller Lites with friends after a long day on the water. Our founder, Koby Polk, spent his life doing what New Braunfels boys do best: fishing the Guadalupe, chasing redfish down the coast, and finding any excuse to be outside with good company.

One day, between casts somewhere off Port Aransas, Koby had a simple thought: outdoor gear was taking itself way too damn serious. What started as a joke between friends turned into a mission – create gear for folks who work hard, play harder, and know that the best stories never start with eating a salad.

We're not here to sell you on some epic mountain-climbing adventure or tell you how our shirts will make you a better person. We're here for the dawn patrol fishing missions, the "sick days" that somehow always land on perfect weather, and the type of folks who measure time by beer cooler ice melt.

Based a rock's throw from where it all started in New Braunfels, Pendejo Outdoors makes gear for people who know that life's too short to wear uncomfortable clothes or turn down a good time. Because at the end of the day, the fish don't care what brand you're wearing. Neither do we.
